Free Delivery

  • Nationwide Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders, no matter the size or value. Simply select your items, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 3–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
  • Delivery Method: Our delivery partners will bring your items to your doorstep or, for larger pieces, into your home (as applicable). If any special delivery instructions are needed, just let us know when placing your order.
  • Exclusions: Free delivery is available for all orders within the mainland areas we serve. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional charges, which we’ll notify you about before confirming your order.

Free Returns

  • Hassle-Free Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items for free within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Process: To return an item, simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll provide you with a return label and arrange for the pickup at a time that suits you. No restocking fees—just a straightforward return process.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If the furniture is damaged or shows signs of use, we may not be able to accept the return.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or special-order furniture is not eligible for returns unless defective. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
